Me and chicken pox

After 30 years mengelak dari di jangkiti Chicken pox or demam campak i finally caught it..

So what is chicken pox? Menurut kata Wikipedia:

Chickenpox or chicken pox is a highly contagious illness caused by primary infection with varicella zoster virus (VZV).^[1] It usually starts with vesicularskin rash mainly on the body and head rather than at the periphery and becomes itchy, raw pockmarks, which mostly heal without scarring. On examination, the observer typically finds lesions at various stages of healing.

Chickenpox is an airborne disease spread easily through coughing or sneezing of ill individuals or through direct contact with secretions from the rash. A person with chickenpox is infectious one to two days before the rash appears.^[2] The contagious period continues for 4 to 5 days after the appearance of the rash, or until all lesions have crusted over. Immunocompromised patients are probably contagious during the entire period new lesions keep appearing. Crusted lesions are not contagious.^[3]

It takes from 10 to 21 days after contact with an infected person for someone to develop chickenpox.

The onset of illness with chickenpox is often characterized by symptoms including myalgia, itching, nausea, fever, headache, sore throat, pain in both ears, complaints of pressure in head or swollen face, and malaise in adolescents and adults. In children, the first symptom is usually the development of apapular rash, followed by development of malaise, fever (a body temperature of 38 °C (100 °F), but may be as high as 42 °C (108 °F) in rare cases), andanorexia (loss of appetite, not to be confused with anorexia nervosa). Typically, the disease is more severe in adults.^[4] Chickenpox is rarely fatal, although it is generally more severe in adult males than in adult females or children. Non-immune pregnant women and those with a suppressed immune system are at highest risk of serious complications. Chickenpox is believed to be the cause of one third of stroke cases in children.^[5] The most common late complication of chickenpox is shingles, caused by reactivation of the varicella zoster virus decades after the initial episode of chickenpox

Lagi satu aku telah menyalah gunakan soap Neem & Tumeric himalaya alia.. hahah dari nak cari daun mambu.. aku cuci je pakai sabun tu.. walaupon byk org melarang daripada mandi tapi personal hygiene is important ok.. the nanah2 have to be washed.. so thanks Alia and Himalaya.. heheheh

Dalam banyak - banyak European country I always like the Scandinavian countries. Naturally I would choose lah one of the best Business School in Europe ~ CBS Copenhagen Business School.

The program is a 1 year program

Tarikan dia - full english classes  Copenhagen and Denmark lah ape lagi

What I love about European countries will always be the magnificent architecture yang never seems to end my jakuness. Haih... So so lovely....  

Copenhagen is recognized as one of the most environmentally friendly cities in the world. Terbaik kan?? I think it is good for my soul :)

Me and my European Dream

I am a simple girl who has a dream. Today during my daily morning training, my boss asked, what is my pain? I can't answer him. So he said 'pain' is defined as something what we want so bad that will gives us the motivation to move no matter what happens.

This made me remembered of yesterdays grey's anatomy series I watched. Callie said all her life there is 2 things that she dreamed off , 1. being a surgeon and 2. is having a baby. And in that series she got her dream.

Well since young I know what I always want, 1. Marry an Italian and 2. Live in Europe. Don't ask me why, but that has been my life time dream I guess. And I guess that is my pain.

My 30th birthday will come soon, and I guess I haven't achieved any of my dream yet, because I didn't focus.

So last night, while being bored to death, I surf a few website and had a chance to come across a few MBA programme. This could be my back up plan for living in Europe.

So the next few post may be about the school I am interested in.

So European dream is my pain and I will for it

The essence of looking for new job includes:

Last but not least Pray and doa alot.

Hopefully my prayers will be answered by god soon as I cannot tahan any more.

Lat the Kampung Boy Musical @ Istana Budaya

I am so excited to go and see Lat the Kampung Boy Musical, just because one of my friend is involve with production.. Congrats Andrew....  and also so excited to see Awie as Lat :)

KUALA LUMPUR: Fans of Lat's The Kampung Boy will get to see Awie as the iconic comic artist in the theatrical rendition of the popular biographical graphic novel entitled Lat Kampung Boy Sebuah Muzikal. "I know many were speculating that Afdlin Shauki would play Lat, but Awie is the one and people are going to see a different Awie on stage," said director and producer Hans Isaac at Istana Budaya, where the musical will be staged.

Co-directed by Harith Iskandar, the cast includes Datuk Rahim Razali, Jalil Hamid, Douglas Lim, Sandra Sodhy and Atilia.

Harith, who also wrote the script, said the musical would touch on two aspects -- the life of Datuk Mohammad Nor Khalid, better known as Lat, and his creations that inhabited his evergreen book, which has been translated into 13 languages and sold in 10 countries.

The popularity of The Kampung Boy, first published in 1979, can be attributed to Lat's everyday experiences and keen, yet sensitive, observations of local life that transcend language, race and religion. Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak is the patron of the upcoming musical.

"It's a big honour and responsibility but my goal is to bring this production out of Malaysia," said Isaac, who was also responsible for two successful seasons of Cuci: The Musical.

He added that music director Michael Veerapen would be composing original music and stressed that the actors would be singing live, accompanied by an orchestra.

The musical is a joint-production between Malaysian National Institute of Translation and Tall Order Production, in collaboration with the Information, Communications and Culture Ministry.

Tickets are going for RM30 up to RM230. LAT Kampung Boy The Musical will be staged at Panggung Sari, Istana Budaya, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia from 16 March till 3rd April 2011, so grab your tickets quickly at ticket2u.biz or at Istana Budaya’s Box Office.

Japan ~ Earthquake and Tsunami 11.3.11

Mashaallah dunia di kejutkan dgn earthquake yg amat dasyat kemudian disusuli dengan tsunami.. Alhamdullilah Kak Zett kembar Kak Int ku  serta keluarganye selamat. Semoga Allah sentiasa melindungi mereka sekeluarga.
